St George & Sutherland Shire Table Tennis Association Competition By-Laws for the Teams Pennants. These by-laws govern the way, our Association will run their pennants. All players who register to play in our Teams Pennants become a member of the Association and hereby agree to abide by these By-Laws & the Constitution.
